Working with Mona has been the most wonderful experience!  Recently, I received a new buyer lead from a sign call, brought them in for a buyer consultation and learned they "already had a lender approval".  I suggested they allow Mona to call them as a member of our in house team here at Keller Williams who has a proven record in getting the job done for our clients at KW.  They politely agreed...we looked at some houses and they found one they wanted.  The very next day, Mona went to the buyer's place of business, outlined for them many things the other lender did not and earned their business easily!  The seller's agent was relieved to see that the lender was a trusted in-house source...and we are now in the process of final initials to get this under agreement.  With Mona at the helm of the mortgage, I am feeling very good and so is my client! – SR
